MAC Nutrition Strategies 

The time to think about your nutrition is not right before you start a course.  The digestive tract is controlled by a series of muscles that need to be trained just like a muscle group.  If your current daily nutrition is not optimal, taking in large amounts of fuel and fluids can be difficult under the stress of training conditions.  Start "training the gut" early to minimize GI distress once training begins.
